How many guests can Watergrass accommodate?

The barn can accommodate up to 100 seated or 125 standing guests.

 

The farmhouse sleeps up to six overnight guests, with two full bathrooms and two bedrooms—each furnished with a king-sized bed and an additional twin.

What's included in a wedding rental package?

A wedding rental includes full access to the farmhouse, barn, and 35-acre farm from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning. Weddings at Watergrass are always exclusive. We host just one wedding per weekend—no split days and no shared spaces.

Do you provide tables and chairs for events?

Yes. We provide 12 banquet tables, 100 chairs, 5 cocktail tables, and 10 barstools. Ceremony chairs are rented to suit your specific needs and preferences.

Is there a place for the bride to prepare?

Yes. The farmhouse features a private bridal suite with a full bath and ample space for getting ready.

Can we use our own planner and vendors?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to work with the planner and vendors of your choice. We do require that couples work with a professional planner to ensure the day runs smoothly, and that any alcohol service be provided by a licensed, insured bartender.
